The 3rdi ORSAM planning process was developed by founder Angela Boyd using a blend of strategic planning and risk management tools. This simple and effective tool walks you step by step through the stages of planning, implementing and measuring performance. ORSAM is ideal for medium to large sized organisations who want a comprehensive, performance monitoring approach that can be cascaded easily down and across the organisation with measurable actions and timeframes. This approach can be effectively implemented by you and your team, or by one of our experienced consultants.
