
Angela is a specialist advisor and coach in the areas of organisational development, cultural change, strategy and leadership development. She is passionate about harnessing human potential to boost performance, effectiveness and business outcomes. Using innovative tools and methods, Angela excels in stretching leaders and teams to think outside the square and develop sustainable solutions.
She holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a qualified Master Behavioural Coach. Angela’s career spans over 19 years working in areas such as finance, strategy, risk, change management and organisational development. Her experience spans international and national organisations including United Energy, Medibank Private, CSIRO, DHS, Knox City & Hume Councils, University of Melbourne and Shell Asia Pacific.
Angela founded 3rdi in 2003 to offer business optimisation services that focus on unleashing creativity and leadership potential. Integrating strategic thinking, creativity and wisdom in her work, Angela helps leaders to take time out and 'reflect' on strategic value add activities that will enable desired outcomes.
Having spent much of her earlier career working in senior roles in banking, telecommunications, energy and aviation, Angela developed a deep understanding of the key "enablers" of performance. Today, she works closely with CEO's and senior leaders to drive change, improve performance and develop leadership capability.
Angela’s current clients include one of the top Universities in Australian, where she has led an 18 month cultural change and alignment program focusing on building leadership capability of the top 60 leaders. She is working closely with CEOs and executives as a coach, especially women preparing for board and director roles. She is also working with two consulting firms to optimise business potential, specifically in developing a sustainable business model to enable managed growth internationally and implementing a client relationship system to harness sales opportunities. Other clients include a global automotive components supplier where she is coaching the CEO and executive team to think more strategically and align as a high performing team to deal with significant industry challenges.
Her approach is creative and learning based. By delving bellow the surface and identifying core issues, Angela designs a step by step roadmap that optimises results within agreed time frames and budget. Her strengths include working with leaders and teams to gain increased clarity about where they are now, where they want to be and what needs to happen to get there.
