Hi, I'm Angela founder of 3rdi. Working as a management consultant, I found that when organisations struggled with performance, leaders often reached for quick, band-aid solutions that offered brief relief but left underlying issues unresolved.
I founded 3rdi to provide leaders with the foresight and clarity needed to see the complete picture. Our systemic approach reveals root causes, aligns operational structures, and cultivates sustainable growth from the inside out.
